Hey Wipeouts!

2018 Registration is officially open. We will be having our first in person registration this Saturday at the Inverness Estates club house/pool from 10 AM – 2 PM. We are very excited this year as the board has been working very hard this off season. We have a new web site with the same address (www.thewipeouts.org). Lots of information has been put on the web site for your use. Please make sure you login into the web site if you have not done so already. Click login in the upper right corner. If you have not already logged into the web site, click forgot password so it can be reset as this is a new web site. A couple of changes for the registration:

• -Medical information/insurance will be collected at registration
• -You will have the ability to take care of your volunteer deposit with credit card
• -You will have the opportunity to signup for the entire year for volunteering at registration
• -Our swim caps will be personalized this year. At the merchandise page, please make sure you mark this and include your swimmer’s first name (or nickname) plus their last name initial. This will allow our coaches to quickly know your swimmer as well as keep a consistent look
• -You will be able to pay for registration by credit card or check. If you pay by check, we ask that you pay within 1 week of registration. Please contact Alicia Griffiths for payment arrangements or pay at in person registration. Volunteer deposits (if paid by check or cash) will be due at this time as well.
• -Swim suits will be available for ordering by next week. We will have a link our web site to the web site where you will place your order. This web site will offer spirit wear as well. Our swim suits are a custom suit so all orders will need to be placed by the first week of April in order to arrive by Time Trials. All swimmers will need to purchase a new suit this season as we have changed the look and think everyone will be excited. You can check out the swim suits under the team page when you are logged in.
• -The calendar can be found under the home page and the upcoming events are on the home page
• -If you have a business or know of a business that would like to sponsor the team, please contact Shauna Baldwin or Charles ‘C.W.’ Griffiths. The sponsorship form can found under the sponsors tab.

If you have not already heard, thanks to the hard work of our swimmers we have moved up divisions. The meet schedule has been updated. The only meet that is not listed on the schedule or events is district and mid and post season invitationals. Divisional meet will take place June 16^th. The location is to be determined. We have requested to have divisional at Klein Forest, Klein Cain or as at High Meadow Ranch as a backup. Mid-Season and post-season invitationals have not been formally accepted at NWAL so we have these listed as tentative until formally accepted and dates provided by NWAL.
