Hey Wipeouts!

We all survived the intense heat yesterday at the Divisional Meet.  Great job by everyone staying in the shade and staying hydrated.  We did not have anyone that had to visit the EMT which is saying something from the numerous swimmers that had to visit first aid yesterday.  

Now, for the first really exciting news...We won Divisionals yesterday.  Great job to all of our swimmers, parents and volunteers.  This has been an incredibly successful season.  We ran the tables (undefeated) and then we managed to win Divisionals.

The second exciting news is we have several swimmers that have qualified for Invitationals this upcoming weekend.  We have to submit Invitational Swimmers names by tonight.  If you received an email or phone call from us yesterday, please contact us to let us know if your swimmer will be swimming in Invitationals and which Invitational.

Invitational practice times are as follows Tuesday through Friday of this week:

10 and unders - 8:00 AM - 8:45 AM

11 and ups     -  8:45 AM - 9:30 AM

On a third note, we will are having a spirit day at Dairy Queen.  A portion of the sales today at Dairy Queen come back to the swim team.

On a last note, please RSVP for the End of the Year Banquet that will be on Friday, July 1st from 6-9 PM at the Inverness Pool/Clubhouse.  Please RSVP by this Friday so we can get an accurate count for the BBQ catering company.  We will have Dinner, trophies, swimmer recognition, fun and swimming!
