Hey Wipeouts!

Just a friendly reminder that our end of the year awards/banquet is tomorrow night from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM.  We will have a table set up at the gate on the side of the building.  At this table, you will be able to check in, pay for dinner (wristbands will be distributed for all swimmers and guests who have paid or pre-paid for dinner), pay for raffle tickets ($1 each for gift cards and small prizes) and pick up your envelope with swimmers times and any ribbons that may not have been picked up.  We will also have a silent auction for some really great prizes.  Please remember that all the proceeds from the raffle tickets and silent auction go directly to supporting the swim team!  We will also be handing back volunteer checks (as long as volunteer hours were met).  For anyone signed up for set up for banquet, we will start setting up at 5:00 PM.  We will be setting up the banquet, dinner and awards in the grass area next to the pool.  We are going to do our best to wrap up dinner and awards by 7:30 PM so that everyone has plenty of time to enjoy the pool.  Remember to bring or wear your swim suit!  We will also have signs up for the parking spaces in front of the playground area designating these spots for residents not on the swim team.  We will also have four more spaces reserved for the Big 6 BBQ for the pit an truck.  All other spaces will be available.  If the spaces are full please park along Inverness Crossing Blvd along both sides of the street between the clubhouse parking lot and FM 2920.  We can't wait to see everyone at banquet tomorrow night and remember...
